We created 35 unique emails and 3 dynamic templates triggered to go out when members hit a key moment in the customer journey. Members get email touch points before and throughout the welcome journey, when they’re approaching a different level, when they’ve moved from one level to another, each time they receive a reward (birthday or partner generated), in monthly editorial newsletters and as part of CRM emails that feature personalized current membership status info.
